Women in Civil

CCF has been successful in an application from Communities Tasmania to run a Women in Civil program. The major component of the program is undertaking pre-employment training with 10 women, in partnership with South East Regional Development Authority and TasTAFE, and provide 10 women with the skills and competencies they need to gain employment in our Industry. We will then work with employers to place these women in Industry.    We are also developing a mentoring program for women in our Industry so watch this space and get involved, either as a mentor or mentee. Further details will be announced shortly.
