The Finance Manager or Accountant is the money man. They look after the accounts and the finances of a business. Depending on the size of the organisation they may have a team that reports to them. These would be Finance Administrators or Payroll Administrators. They update the profit and loss statements, balance sheets and organise payment of accounts and collection of revenue. They may also manage the relationship with the bank if the business has loans or finance agreements.

Often these Managers are referred to as a Commercial Manager and may also be involved in business cases for growth or manage other parts of the business, including IT or Business Development.
