Traffic Management Training

- Basic Traffic Management
This is a 1 day program, consists of theory and practical components. On the successful completion, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units from the RTO provider for the following:
RIIWHS205D Control Traffic With Stop-slow BatÂ
RIIWHS302D Implement Traffic Management Plan
Advanced Traffic Management
This 2 day program will give participants the skills required to develop work zone traffic management plans for works involving complex traffic arrangements and/or staging. Participants will also gain the skills and knowledge required to apply risk management processes. On successful completion, participants will receive a statement of attainment for the units:
- RIICWD503D – Prepare work zone traffic management plan
- RIIRIS301D – Apply risk management processes.
Personnel who undertake the development of complex traffic management plans for traffic control at work sites in Tasmania must complete both of the units above, and have at least 12 months experience in the previous 3 years in selecting/modifying traffic control plans.
Participants must bring their USI Number with them, if they don’t have one they can register online for one.  https://www.usi.gov.au/students/create-usi
Cancellation notice period is 7 working days and after that, the course fee will be charged directly to the participant / organisation.
